Welcome!

My name is Ken Nunley and I am the school counselor at RHS. I have been in education for more than 7 years and am excited to be here working with the students and parents of Ripley High.

So much of high school is spent making decisions:

       What classes are needed to meet Graduation Requirements?

       What should I do after high school? Can I afford College?

       What Career should I choose and how do I prepare for it? 

       How can I handle the pressures of all these decisions and deal with

         all the other things in my life?

Our counseling department offers so much – academic counseling, career counseling, plus, help with the day to day problems of life. I am here to help in any way I can.

The Counselor’s Office is located just down the hall from the high school office. My office hours are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. through the school year.  Please stop by my little corner of the school and introduce yourself as soon as you can.
